Common questions
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Aplomb, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel Aplomb Pro?
Open Settings in the app and tap Manage Subscription, or go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro until then.
How is my free trial billed?
New annual subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, it converts to $39.99/year. We also send a reminder before the trial ends.
How do I export or delete my data?
Pro members can export from Settings. To remove everything, delete an entry at a time in the app, or delete the app to clear all local data. If iCloud sync is on, also remove the app's data from iCloud in your device settings.
The meal-photo estimate isn't working. What now?
Photo estimation depends on a server feature that may be temporarily unavailable. Search, barcode scan, and manual entry always work, so you can keep logging in the meantime.
