Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Aplomb ("Aplomb", "we", "us") for your use of the Aplomb iOS app and the useaplomb.com website. By using Aplomb, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical advice

Aplomb is a tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical care. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider, and never disregard or delay medical advice because of something you saw in Aplomb. Nutrition figures, including photo and search estimates, are approximate.

Using the app

Aplomb is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, for example by reverse-engineering it, interfering with its operation, or accessing it in a way that isn't permitted by these terms or applicable law. You're responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your device secure.

Subscriptions & billing

The core of Aplomb is free. Aplomb Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store:

• Monthly: $4.99 per month.
• Annual: $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If you start a free trial and don't cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price above.

Canceling

You can cancel any time in one tap, from the App Store subscription settings reachable inside the app or in your device Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. We don't add retention mazes or guilt screens. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may update, add, or remove features over time, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and note significant changes in the app. Continuing to use Aplomb after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers & liability

Aplomb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that nutrition data is complete or accurate or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Aplomb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Aplomb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the makers of Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
